Cancellation of your reservation after September 6, 2007 will be subject to one night cancellation fee (Sheraton, Hyatt & MDM) or full length of stay (Mercure). Cancellations will be accepted only in writing (which includes e-mail)
The invoice for your hotel accommodation will be available at the Holiday Travel hospitality desk during the Conference ( for guests staying at Hyatt, Mercure & MDM) or at the Sheraton Reception Desk (for guests staying at the Sheraton Hotel)
Transfers from all listed hotels to the Conference Venue in the Sheraton Warsaw Hotel will be provided
